In Halifax I have met so many interesting people, who have defined my personality and made me who I am today. Without them I don't know where I’d be today... So in short I would like to say THANK YOU! Here is a list of some of these people

• Ken Melanson: POUFTA!!!! OMG Where do I start? Well... Ken was the second ever gay person I met in my life. I remember it like yesterday... We used to talk all the time on IRC when I was getting ready to move to Halifax to goto Dal. I decided to come to the city early in the summertime for an orientation with Dal and arranged to meet him on my spare time. I was walking out of the residence scared to death; I had no idea who I was meeting or WTF was going to happen. He had parked in the lot with his friend Darlene in the car while I was walking towards him I actually wanted to turn back BUT I'm glad I didn't! He helped my life out a lot in the gay community; introducing me to the gay scene and bunch of people. Got me interested in going to the Youth Project and through him I also met my first ever boyfriend...Chris Hardy. Mine and Ken's friendship also developed quickly and became rock solid. We've been through so much together and I am so greatful for all of it. He was always there for me when I was down and cheered me up with his stories. "Have I got a story for YOU!"
  
  Ken through thick and thin I'm always there for you and I know even though you're out West now you are there for me.


• Craig Roy(AKA Daddy Craig): You've got such a genuine personality and a very deep laugh. You mean so much to me. I'm glad we met and have become such good friends. The antics and attitude you've taught me have brought me up so much. You've taught me how to stand on my own to feet and not let people walk over me like they seemed to do a lot. You give me the inner strength to go on in life. You've seen me through a lot of tough times as well always in my corner ready to bitch out anyone who may cross me.
  
  I know times are a little tough right now getting life together and we don't see each other as much as we would like but we're always there for eachother and that is what counts.


• Allen Dauphinee(AKA Prick): WHAT DA FUCK UP HONNNNAAAYYY?!?!?! Who wouldve thought we'd become so close. Since I only met you because I was dragged to your birthday party in 2005 as a shield for Daddy Craig. My god he was so petrified to go to that party thinking you were pretty much stalking him and stuff. LOL As it turned out you were all over me the whole time! We've certainly been through quite a bit already together and it hasn't even been that long. Course any amount of time with you seems like forever to end. KIDDING... You're place has become a second home to me no matter how down, rejected, etc.. I may feel I know I'm always welcome there. Party on honnayy!!!! Loves ya!
